Baptism
The Sacrament of Baptism can be administered at either church. Please speak to either Fr John or Deacon Jim after any Mass for information and to arrange an appointment to discuss baptismal preparation.
Reconciliation
The Sacrament of Reconciliation is available at St. Jude’s on Saturday between 5pm – 5:20pm and on Wednesday between 6:30pm – 6:45pm.
Holy Communion
The regular Mass times for the parish are displayed on the home page. Please check “Latest Newsletter” for any changes.
Children in year4 and above are invited to prepare throughout the year in order to receive the sacraments of Reconciliation & 1st Holy Communion in May. Please collect a registration form from either church and return it at any Mass during September. Enrolment for May 2024 has now closed. Enrolment for May 2025 will start in Sept 2024.
Interested in becoming a Catholic as an adult? The RCIA is the liturgical and catechetical process designed for adults attracted by Christ and his teaching. It supports adults as they seek to respond more deeply and to enter into the Communion of the Church. For more information see the Archdiocese of Liverpool RCIA program.
Confirmation
The Archdiocese confirmation program is run by Animate. Anyone currently in year 8 (or above) can register at: Liverpoolcalled.co.uk. Registration for 2024 is open between 15th Jan – 15th March.
Marriage
The Sacrament of Marriage can be administered at either church. For an appointment to discuss marriage preparation please call Fr John on: 01942 393485 or see him in church after Mass.
